Who your membership covers
Only you and family who live with you: spouse or partner, children or dependents, and relatives at your address. Friends and others are household guests and are not covered. Sharing a membership outside your household can lead to suspension or cancellation without a refund.
Thank you for supporting our mission to provide youth and adult recreational opportunities through sports, dining, and entertainment. Together we are building a safe, welcoming Fieldhouse community where families, friends, and neighbors can play, gather, and grow.
Open play membership covers unlimited open play on unreserved space for the covered members of household.
Six-month founding price is $45/month for an individual or up to a family of four. Three-month plans are $50/month. One-month plans are $55/month.
Each additional member of household beyond four is $10/month.
Pay the first month today by card; later months bill on the same calendar day (or the last day of shorter months). After the first payment you may add a US bank account on My Household for 1.5% off future months once the bank is verified.
The plan auto-renews for another term of the same length unless you cancel. You may cancel anytime on My Household; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current commitment.
WHO YOUR MEMBERSHIP COVERS
Membership benefits are only for you and your family members who live with you: your spouse or partner, your children or dependents, and relatives who live at your address. These are your household members.
Anyone else is a household guest (for example friends, neighbors, teammates, or relatives who live somewhere else). Household guests are not covered by the membership. They can still visit by buying a day pass or paying the guest fee.
I represent and warrant that everyone I list as a household member meets this definition, and I will update My Household when that changes (for example, when someone moves out).
If a membership is shared with people who are not household members, Community Fieldhouse may move them to guest, suspend the membership, or cancel it. Under our refund policy, a membership suspended or canceled for misuse is not refunded.
Inclusion of any person on a membership is at the full discretion of Community Fieldhouse.
Membership and access to the premises can be revoked at any time for misconduct, at the discretion of management.
Vulgarity, stealing, violating our minor policy, fighting, belligerence, and similar behavior will not be tolerated.
Members are responsible for reimbursing broken equipment. The Fieldhouse may charge the account for replacement costs.
Commitments may be refunded for remaining unused months only at the discretion of management.
Photo on file is required for each covered member. Check in with staff on arrival.
An adult account is required to start a membership.
